O Scale Conrail/Erie Signal Maintainers Building kit. Foot print of model is 5" Long x 2 3/4 wide. Kit also comes with detail parts: open top oil drums, skids, spike pails on skid, loose spike pails, home oil tank, smoke stack for roof. This structure also goes with our AC Tower kit that came out last year, as this building sat behing it.
